Add your resources

In the Responso panel, go to AI Assistant settings and add the resources it should draw from: a knowledge base (FAQs, procedures – for example as a CSV file) or your store’s product catalogue. You can have separate resource sets for different accounts or channels. Resources can be edited and updated at any time.

Create an Automated Action

Go to the Automated Actions tab and create a new rule. Select AI Assistant as the action and specify which resource it should use. You can precisely define the conditions under which the Assistant should act – for example, only for messages from a selected Allegro account, only outside working hours, or only for a specific channel.

Want to keep a closer eye on the AI Assistant? Responso gives you multiple ways to do that. First, when setting up the automation, you can enter a fallback message for the Assistant to use when it runs into issues or when a customer asks to speak with a human.
