What are tags and how to use them?

Tags in Responso allow you to categorize your messages and organize them. With tags, we will be able to filter only specific messages of interest to us in an easy and fast way.

Tags can be used to mark messages, e.g. a specific department or type. There is no limit to adding tags in the Responso system.
